Encrypted storage devices

Yes, VaultDrive devices work on any computer with a USB port. No software installation required.
After 10 failed attempts, the device locks for 30 minutes. After 20 failed attempts, the device performs cryptographic key erasure (all data is permanently lost).
If the device fails mechanically, data may be recoverable by our data recovery service. If the encryption chip fails, data cannot be recovered. Always maintain backups of critical data.

Hardware security modules

  • PCIe HSM: Installed inside a server, lower latency, single server access
  • Network HSM: Standalone appliance, accessible by multiple servers, easier to cluster
Yes, VaultHSM supports active-active and active-passive clustering with automatic failover.

No. We store only mathematical templates, not actual fingerprints or facial images. Templates are encrypted and cannot be reverse-engineered.
Enroll multiple fingers during setup. You can also re-enroll at any time to update your biometric template.
